Pros
Have had lots of opportunities to move around the company. The people that work here are great. They are great at what they do, and are respectful. Peers listen to what you have to say.
Cons
Software projects are very bulky, follows strict waterfalls. If there are resource constraints, the often used tactic is to put contractors on the job, but that doesn't solve any problems.
