      Pros

      I truly enjoy working at TEAM. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to grow professionally and develop new skills. This is the perfect environment for growth, and I genuinely appreciate the amazing people I get to work with every day. Having held several jobs in the past, I can confidently say this is by far my favorite. I highly recommend TEAM as a great place to work.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don’t have any personal cons to share. From my experience, TEAM has been a great place to work. I’ve noticed that the strongest negative opinions often come from individuals who were not aligned with the company’s values—and most of those people are no longer with the organization.

      - Positive and supportive work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth. - Plenty of chances to learn new skills. - Innovative culture that encourages fresh ideas. - Beautiful new building and facilities. - Great team. Love working with most colleagues. - Valuable experience gained.

      Cons

      - Communication between departments can occasionally be challenging, sometimes influenced by leadership styles that create barriers to collaboration. - Health insurance could be improved. While some aspects of the coverage are strong, there are limitations. For example, I’ve had to drop important services because my insurance provider does not partner with certain providers, which can be frustrating for those with specific health needs.
