Company interviews multiple Candidates, rejects candidates and relist the position. I was told in writing I would be informed of the hiring decision; I was not informed of the decision. One wonders if relisting the position is a strategy to provide appearance of growth.
In my Interview one of three Staff Members clearly felt I would lose as a threat to their position, that I may surpass their performance.
The Interview was cut off after 25 minutes by the individual providing body language and verbal ques of discomfort with my potential.
