      Pros

      It is just a remote office, there will be no work to do.

      Cons

      Not a right place for architect and who willing to learn something and career development. Very slow process. India office has no power to take any decision. We can see no improvement in our skills and knowledge. Literature we will become lazy and forget our software skills and knowledge. They don't care about employees and no benefits
