Pros
Colleagues are great, open for discussion & no bad politics within team. Good learning platform for large scale projects or hospital design.
Cons
Salary range still stuck in year 2000 rates. Upper management skills not utilized well. Architect doing draftmen job. (Nothing wrong but...) For ID, not a good place to learn detailing skills, but great for learning/understand large scale project as working closely with architect/engineers etc. Alot of promises from upper managment but never fullfied, even the simplest thing. Expected to work long hours but no OT. No bonus as well.
