Pros

- You get paid. - Other techs or parts advisors are great people but all barely surviving. - Dealership admin does a better job at motivating the workshop with food vans and that’s every quarter.

Cons

- Management treat people like dirt with verbal abuse behind peoples backs or when they think you can’t hear them, questioning everything you do and seriously demotivating the team. - Withholding invoicing effecting bonus. - Unable to report anything to management about certain managers due to their friendships outside of work. Previous reports have been swept under the rug. - Will hold you back from progressing. - Questionable sexual “jokes” have been said to women / girls by management that are awkwardly laughed off. - Management will sulk when you push back or pull them up on things. - Snotty / Rude emails from management are a common occurrence.

Great organisation - great approach to all colleagues - autonomy to manage your team - department- business with the support if required

Easy - Should have joined sooner

The team were generally great, good facilities

Cons

Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
