Pros

The team were generally great, good facilities

Cons

Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.

Pros

Absolutely nothing, not even the people working alongside you are nice as they are all burdened with stress and burden of deadlines and artificial targets. Passive-aggressive behaviour , fake smiles and key performance indicators (KPIs) control the work environment and eventually will control your own dwindling mental health as you continue working here.

Cons

The pay, the people, the getstapo management, the inefficient cheapskate solutions (this is a company that rakes BILLIONS in revenue, pays peanuts to their staff and expects them to manage a workload worth at least £10,000 more than their annual salary) If they don't like you they WILL get rid of you - if they can't provide a legitimate legal reason they'll find a nonsense one like "lack of workload for your role" - this was obviously not the case - the workload only got worse for the rest of my team after my departure.

Hi, firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your feedback, we have recently been made aware of it on the website and are in the process of taking on board and trying to rectify any issues which have been flagged up in these comments. As a company we are trying to listen more and take on board feedback, and make the changes necessary to prove we have taken on board that feedback. We have invested more time in Colleague reviews as we want to hear the good but we also want to hear the bad- this gives us a chance to make changes and shape the company to be the best we can be. I’m sorry if you feel it’s not the best company to work for, however if you are still a current employee I am hoping you will now agree that with the changes made over the last few years and the new changes being made every day, we are trying our hardest to be and maintain to be, the best company to work for. If you had any further feedback or ideas on how we can overcome any of the issues you mentioned in your review, then please contact us by emailing hradministration@sytner.co.uk so that we can work together to rectify these. Thank you once again for your feedback.
