Pros

Flexible time, stepping stone, learn & move on to something that makes more sense. Would not recommend even to my worst enemies to work with systemone's service group. New technicians, with no training are sent to customer site to work, only to let the customer know, they have somebody to work for them. If i could -Zero, i would have rated system one service that.

Cons

Employees are not professionalism, no team spirit. With Joule, system one equipment service group doesn't care about their employees. No communication, cant keep up with what is mentioned in writing with their employees. Do not care about customers & their values. Managers cannot be trusted what they say, need everything to be in writing. Do not have any career opportunities with their service group. No values given to their employees. Benefit, do not think they have one, it is only for upper management. Compensation for sure to the managers chosen technician. Technicians who are experienced & knowledgeable are not treated right due to management issues.

Pros

Hopefully you just have to deal with the company they contract with and not them. In our case my cohort had to deal with them months before and into our assignment due to their constant mistakes.

Cons

I worked as a contractor for another company facilitated by Joule (System One). No one in the entire company cc's each other in emails and you have to constantly restate yourself to explain the problems they continuously cause. They constantly lose documents, blamed my coworkers and I for the deadlines they missed, and are extremely late to respond to emails, text, or calls. We had our positions threatened because they claimed we missed deadlines, but they either never shared required documents or deadlines, or the deadlines were met far in advance, but their staff lost the information, even if it was sent digitally. I have never worked with a corporation so barely able to fulfill their basic functions. I had to function as an HR employee in addition to my actual job just to make up for their complete apathy towards their employees.
