Good and on-time salary & 5days of work

Cons

Unproductivity works, Threatening, Job insecurity, Useless weekly call, No appreciation, Heavy workload, Forced overtime, Three month notice period. This Company is so different which pays more attention for 100 bucks but never ever tried to focus on its big revenue leak even if its worth 1 lakh dollar.
