Pros

Nothing to mention as pros

Cons

Bad work culture, long notice period and trapping bonds, zero work life balance. I had severe deductions made in my final settlements, without any explanation. Manager refused to explain as well.

Pros

Serves US market and school

Cons

First do not trust the positive reviews below op manager humiliating enough to laugh that he create multiple login to write positive reviews. Note all positive reviews have similar English and very attractive. No employee feels comfortable in this company. There are people getting let go regularly. People serving notice period always however small the company is. Leave policy very bad. Even national holiday company work, no regard for employees facility even if public transport are shut. Mostly leaves will be loss of pay if you get sick. They don't pay if you serve notice only after serving 3 months notice period and 3 months of getting relieved the money is given. How can anyone run family for 6 months without pay. Product is not good. They want new product without making current product better. Employee verify data manually and raise alert to school. No training for new coders. Expect 3 or 4 rest are new graduate to maintain low cost. So code and product are low quality. Even they will fired later and new graduate hire. Work pressure is all company but no productivity when employee is fear of losing job even after contributing. People who worked weekends too are fired. No managers are consulted to ask about performance before firing, even managers are let go without considering performance. There is no HR in the company at all. Bossy top management.
