Pros

SOME nice people. There are some really talented, sweet people whose work goes unnoticed and unappreciated.

Cons

It starts from the top, the CEO is a nightmare who has no clue what she is doing. No experience has the job because her husband started the company. Fires people at will, and gets overly involved in small things whether it is marketing projects, dealing with prospects or customers, R&D etc. She wants to be VP of every department not just CEO. There is no consideration for customers, who are only treated one level better than employees. Anyone who is talented, or has good ideas, gets fired. Promotions are purely based on nepotism. ALSO, DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS. The company has been known to call employees into HR and "pressure" them into writing positive reviews.

Pros

Working at SysAid means getting a lot of strength, knowledge and the ability to succeed in advancing with maximum professionalism. And all this out of trust, appreciation, and endless thought for the maximum comfort of each and every employee.

Pros

HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

Cons

The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.
