No work life balance. Too much Politics. Some silly people are seen like superheros if they become favorites of managers. These silly people will do some silly things and show off which will be appreciated but people who do something valuable are never brought up. Onsite opportunites give only to these set of people who are favourites. Some useless managers who are only at that position because of experience in company and not because of their talents.
