Pros
Stability is the greatest strength of the company Nice work environment in terms of peers and relationship between peers Allows for a work-life balance Good higher-level management Learning opportunities
Cons
Very(!) poor performance evaluations system - yearly review results strongly depend on your relationship with your direct manager and seniority (and not actual performance, input, job excellence, types of tasks and job done). (=>) Limited opportunities for growth. A big part of this is due to weak middle-level management, seeking for "yes-people" (vs innovators), using old-style bureaucratic means (vs motivation tools). To sum up: If you are seeking for a stable environment, where you will have time to learn and grow, without expecting much from it - it's an OK place for you. If you have many years' experience and are a highly competitive, innovative high-performer - your enthusiasm might be unappreciated and destroyed- find a better place.
