You can stay employed for 45 years if you don't question the status quo. You just need to nod your head in yes for some Senior Director who is just good for nothing.
Cons
You will be laid off if you question the status quo. Too many levels of hierarchy. No culture. No respect for Good talent. Only talent needed is to say "Yes Sir"
