      1. A lot of autonomy that you can own to drive the product 2. Learning is immense but self driven 3. Complete your work and disappear, no one will bother you up.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
