Pros
CEO and executive staff walk their talk on integrity; they manage cash well so can acquire key technologies during downturns. they have grown into software integrity (security) and this is huge growth arm for future, plus it can be applied to core software offerings. Strong financial performance and stock growth.
Cons
Leadership initiatives are not driven effectively as they could be past division general managers into actual staff priorities. "silo" mentality and financial structure blocks cross-pollination. For SEG at least, we have become a "slow follower" on new technologies. 'Big-company-itis"
