Solid company performance but terrible finance organization - Anonymous employee Synopsys Employee Review

If you work under current CFO you better have thick skin because he's MEAN! I think mean is an understatement. They guy thinks he's God and thinks he can do ANYTHING he wants. Very unstable environment with finance directors constantly fulfilling their hidden agendas. Never know when u're next in the "firing list". They always have a target, at least 1 person per year. CFO and company fire people without reason and tenure & hard work don't matter. Never know when you are next. HR team is there to protect the company NOT the employees.
