CEO and C-Suite are greedy, tone-deaf, and not above bending the rules to increase their profits. The morale in this company is lower than low and when asked about it, they say “why? Sounds like the employees need to change their attitude” instead of being leaders and doing something to make the workforce happy. They’re happy because they dumped stock before announcing a 10% layoff and made a good profit. “Oh but we scheduled the stock dump a year before the announcement” however they scheduled the announcement to occur days after their scheduled stock dump- this wasn’t a coincidence. Then they cut a deal with NVIDIA (with an influx of cash) and announced a year end profit that exceeded their expectations. Meanwhile they cut 10% which severely affected the individual contributors day-to-day. And have the audacity to ask “why are you unhappy? We aren’t”. Every move being made is extremely short-sighted.
