      The overall team environment was fun, there was a focus on team building and development.

      Cons

      Middle management did not have a strong/clear direction of how to manage a team for strong results. It felt very lost.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
