Pros

I can’t think of any.

Cons

The culture within the company can be difficult due to CEO behaviour that often comes across as aggressive or intimidating during meetings. Unfortunately, this appears to have become normalised over time, with concerns being expressed privately among employees, but many feeling uncomfortable raising them formally. A significant issue is the lack of a genuinely independent or trusted process for reporting complaints and ensuring they are reviewed fairly. There is also considerable pressure surrounding sales performance and deal reporting within Financial Services, despite ongoing customer churn, which many employees see as a genuine concern. This has at times created a disconnect between internal expectations and operational realities. It feels that the CEO and board, including the chairman, were aware of these issues, but employees have not seen any meaningful action so far to address them. As a result, the company’s public philanthropic image feels difficult to reconcile with the day-to-day employee experience internally.

Pros

Decent products. People who work here care (but read below) True AI for the most part.

Cons

In the last several months, there’s been a lot of turnover. Very recently, the North American sales leader, the global PSO leader, and several key execs across services, product and support have all left. Many of the new execs didn't even stay for a year. There are RIFs what feels like every month for the last couple of years. Parts of the business are growing while the company is struggling with products and proper customer support. It’s honestly frustrating because this could be a good company. But there’s a lot of uncertainty at the top, and you can feel the lack of direction. Good, sharp people have come in to try and make a difference, but many of them seem to leave just as quickly, likely due to the chaos at the top. Based on that, I’d think twice before joining right now.
