Cons
Employee are never highlighted. Whatever you do is till your managers only. No other levels are involved to see your performance. You are paid less that what you deserve. Often there are scissor in your variable amount. They pay maximum 4-5% if you are ranked Excellent high/consistent high. They say that increment is decided one year back which never match at all. Managers can give any fooling reason behind the payment done lesser or hike given least even after your excellent performance. Managers often keeps telling to all the employees that they will be fired or out of the project but when you put papers then they will never leave you before 90 days. What a rubbish policy. When you leave your variable payment is not done. They eat up your whole variable payment.
