Pros
Great co-workers. Lots of potential if can replace transformation leadership with people who see change as primarily about nuturing people foremost and then using the best methodologies and tech to support them as secondary.
Cons
Silos, roles not as advertised resulting in people doing what they are bad at, prevented from doing job properly, anti agile attitudes, anti remote, not proper direction or support, bad attitude to those who were struggling and to resolving problems (people leaving is a good thing???). Use of modern terminology but then do the opposite (our version of agile), red tape, micromanagement, pretense, etc.,
