      Some of the people were OK.

      Cons

      Where do I start? This company is packed with personal agendas and teams at war with one another. Clueless management. Serious underpayment for the expected level of work. Poor staff facilities. No perks. Trying to get incompetent trades to do as they're told. Just an all round bad atmosphere.

      Really lovely people for the most part. Office is nice but in the middle of nowhere. Okay pay.

      - Depending on your manager there’s good work life balance - Some WFH options

      Cons

      - It’s not what you know, it’s who you’re willing to suck up too, managers have clear favourites that often get all recognition. - Executive level is completely removed from daily reality of on the ground staff - constant cuts and changing of deadlines - constant changing goals - toxic and bully like work atmosphere - Great perks if your at executive level
