Pros
- Remote, flexible working hours - a company set in the modern digital age. - Employees are enthusiastic and exited about what they do and what they are part of (both in terms of industry and company) - Inclusive work culture - Meritocratic - you will be recognized and rewarded when going the extramile - You are given the room to develop yourself by undertaking side projects
Cons
The company has an amazing work culture and everyone is here to give their 100% - like all young organisations that are growing fast, it is important to set boundaries in order to preserve your work-life balance and not burn out. This is something a lot of companies are learning from and I can say that this organisation is taking this matter very seriously and working hard to find solutions.
