First Interview with the recruiter Challenge to do at home - 5 days to deliver Technical Interview with the sre team discussing the implementation which was interesting. The recruiter sent an email the week after saying it would have a response by the end of that week. No replies since then even after follow up emails. Very unprofessional after spending hours on the process and not providing any feedback at all

The recruitment process was very long, all this to end up having and absolutely no feedback after 3 interviews and a practical evaluation, even after sending follow up e-mails two months after the last step.
