- Fully remote - Lots of room for upward movement & promotions - Flat structure (lots of exposure to leadership & opportunities to make a name for yourself) - Pays over market (especially in the Revenue org) - Young, fun, dynamic group of employees - Tenured, proven & experienced leaders are running key positions within the company - Well suited to navigate current market conditions (adaptable, solid business plans & accountabilities) - Well suited for hard-working, resourceful, passionate, entrepreneurial & creative individuals
Cons
Great Product & Dashboard, but needs the time & resources to make it great (which everyone in the current culture is motivated around) Remote aspect of the company is mostly a pro, but if you're not intrinsically motivated to go out and get answers/utilize remote resources or need a lot of structure, you won't be set up for success here. Lastly, this is a high-growth, high-potential start-up in a legacy, complex industry. There is still a lot of uncertainty with additional headwinds. If you're not adaptable, fast-moving and quick to embrace change this most likely isn't the best company for you either.
