This app is great for those that are self motivated or that prefer working for themselves. They are pretty flexible with your schedule. You pick and choose times that work for you. Make sure you adhere to certain projects time-frames though. It easy and fast once you get a hang of the work.
Cons
They can be tricky to get in touch with during the weekends. The way to communicate with customer service is a con if you are trying to adhere to a tight deadline.
