Pros
The work is straight forward.
Cons
- The training is non existent.
- No one knows if you get paid for the first 2 hours which is supposed to be an induction but it’s just straight up work.
- I know the job better than most people working there for years. (I’ve only worked one shift)
- if you did forget to clock in but arrived on time and worked the whole shift, you will not get paid a penny.
- The whole time I was there I was told it I leave I will not get paid a penny for the hours worked. I was told this like 5 times on my first shift and I was kept wondering, why would I leave.
Health and safety is non existent. They ask you to wear a hard helmet which makes no sense because if a pallet falls from a height it will not protect you.
