      Bonus potential. Weekly pay.

      Cons

      Upper mgmt. is not good to it's managers. Claim to have open door policy but don't. People at home office rose thru the ranks with those in the field.

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
