Pros

Cons
- Management does not listen to middle or low level employees (ex: no one wanted to fully go back in person. Higher management released that we were going back in person without asking people how they felt and we had multiple people quit on the spot and 10-15 people leave within the month) - Management is very much a boys club. There are very few POC and/or female managers or higher and are iced out by their white male counterparts. - Office politics plays a large part of promotions and pay raises. Says they are based on "performance" but when in reality, the employees they like are given reasonable raises and others are not. - Accounting processes are overly complicated and differ greatly than other companies within the industry. This creates a large learning curve which a few managers get annoyed by because they want perfection rather than you taking the time to teach. - Tries to come off as a "new-age" office, but is still very traditional (ie: micromanging managers, fully in-person, etc.) thus many young people leave after a year because only older employees will deal with those constricting workplace environments.
