      simplicity you know what you have to do and everyday you do it

      unless you work for the corporation there is no growth you will be stuck at the same dead end job for life

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
