      Pros

      The company offers excellent benefits and pay. It is very safety oriented and is willing to invest considerable capital in equipment and people. They have a lot of opportunity for personal growth.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits are vague. I've had difficulty learning about how certain things like vacation and sick days work.

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
