Great company that recently did a big turn around to focus on high quality design. Upper management really did the work to set up smart work processes and focused on hiring leaders that were passionate about doing things the right way. Employees are spread out between US and Canada, and it is remote worker friendly.

If you live trade shows, it’s great! If you’re incompetent, this is a good place to hide. There is one good person left, now that most of the few good ones have gone.

The organization they do have is for the wrong reasons, lots of silos and kingpins, attitudes of some execs and VPs are like they are kings and queens. Worst HR and finance there can be. Safety puts it on everyone but safety, quality is impractical,
