This is a great company to work for.

So far everything has been good. No issues really.

Some of the people you work with are kind (very few).

No work/life balance. You will receive emails past 9pm and on weekends. Higher-ups have no idea what is actually going on day-to-day. Will randomly fire multiple people with no heads up. Will blame you for things that are not your fault. Not a lot of PTO days. You will be overworked with no room for growth. You will be treated like a number, not a human. I would avoid at all costs.
