Pros
Flexible hours, talented co-workers and friendly (but may be hypocritical) environment in general.
Cons
No career advancement, no training, no all sorts of resource you may need. The management is waiting for their next rotations, so you may not expect their decision making to help push your deal. Good paid for expats only (house rent, more leaves) , for local employees, it is below average (average pay with no other benefit except medical). Small team means more flexibility in using your own time (flexible as long as you tell your colleague where you would go, but for junior person, it is really not a good idea) and more idle time when you have no idea why you would be there. No good for someone seeking career advancement or move to other company.
