Great place to start a career as a Mechanic / Automotive Technician. Some great people to work with. Busier than average shop / location.
Cons
Management is in a constant state of working diligently to reduce your pay structure and benefits. Pay is strictly commission based. On average a postal delivery driver, Fed Ex and UPS drivers make a lot more and receive a benefits package that a dealership technician could ever conceive.
