      Pros

      Sales dept has hard working team allowing you the flexibility to make deals work, but also a structure to keep things in check. I feel like I can grow my customer business her at Suburban and nothing is holding me back.

      Cons

      Our showroom is on the smaller side when compared to some other stores out there. Service department is a small disconnect from the sales floor so we don't have the guests walking around as much, that could be good and bad on certain days.
