      Pros

      Great company culture, flexible working arrangements (and plenty of help with that all-important work-life balance!), great leadership and great teams. Just an all-around great company to be part of :)

      Cons

      Working with across multiple geographies can occasionally make it difficult to co-ordinate with different teams.
