Pros
I left after relocating, and looking back I wish there were more companies like it. In in my experience, it's rare to find an agency that really cares about their clients, each other and the work they deliver. I've never worked at a company so open and transparent. They conducted monthly meetings and talked openly about what's happening inside the company and in the overall industry. I told my manager this wasn't something I was use to. My last company didn't share any financial information and you never knew what was happening.
Everyone I worked with was genuine and easy to work with and the overall atmosphere was fun (great employee activities). I'm not saying they didn't have rush campaigns or challenging deadlines, but everyone helped out and the clients appreciated what we did for them. Every agency I've worked for had similar challenges, it's goes hand & hand with agency life. The part that made it easier to deal with was the flexibility to manage my time. It's a really great place to be and looking back I wish other companies were more like it.

Their main focus is B2B, so there isn't a lot of B2C work.
