Pros
Perkbox rewards scheme, decent pension scheme, get to interact with student's from different cultures and backgrounds
Cons
No progression, senior management hire their friends from IQ. HR don't actually deal with the issue, just try and push it under the carpet. Preferential treatment for senior management but lower level staff (e.g housekeeping, maintenance) ignored and don't follow correct HR procedures
