Interview
The interview process was professional and welcoming. The interviewer created a friendly atmosphere, which helped me feel comfortable. I was asked a mix of scenario-based and experience-based questions related to customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork. Overall, the conversation flowed naturally and allowed me to explain my skills clearly.

Interview
It was a less than 10 minute conversation with the manager, which I felt somewhat hurt by considering the travel time it takes to get there (and considering it was a part-time position and would be around only £12k a year, something that should be expected). Manager was friendly but could tell from the start he did not believe I was the right fit, he even subtly made this clear. Conversation was easy besides.
I just received my rejection email today that was unspecific, unhelpful, and was worded as if I hadn't interviewed at all. I would just appreciate it if some more effort was put into the end of interviewing process.
