Pros

good benefits, pto, work from home

Cons

upper leadership changes every year, constant changes even after promising to set 2026 goals/metrics/model and not change them throughout the year, lots of backtracking because models aren't thought through and end up not working

Pros

Pros: The only real benefit was gaining experience in a fast-paced care coordination environment. It helped build multitasking skills, and a few coworkers were genuinely helpful.

Cons

Cons: My experience was dominated by what felt like excessive micromanagement and a very inconsistent management culture. There was a noticeable lack of fairness in how employees were treated, and it often felt like favoritism influenced who was supported or given opportunities to advance. There also appeared to be a pattern where internal relationships and personal connections within the department had more influence than actual performance, which made it difficult to feel like growth was based on merit. Communication from care coordinator leads was another major issue. Despite expectations for staff to respond quickly and professionally, urgent messages, call-outs, and escalations were often ignored or significantly delayed by leadership. This created unnecessary stress and left employees without support when it was needed most. Overall, the environment felt disorganized at the leadership level, with poor communication, uneven management practices, and a lack of accountability.
