Pros

I worked at StringCan for almost 4 years and loved my experience. The people and CEO were all knowledgable in the digital space and fostered professional and personals goals. StringCan offered very competitive benefits by paying 100% for benefits and flexible time off / work from home policies. The CEO worked hard to understand each client in and out to always be in turn with all aspects of the business. He also took the time to really get to know everyone that came in the door as an employee and intern which is rare to find these days.

Cons

While the company was still in the startup phase while I was there I don't have any complaints that are not normal to startups (challenges with the best processes to run projects, etc) the only reason I moved on was just a change in the career path which led me elsewhere in marketing.

Pros

StringCan Interactive is an exceptional company with a strong team of high-achievers who leverage their strengths to deliver remarkable results. The company culture is supportive and inclusive, and the leadership team genuinely cares about their employees. Despite having a small team, they are mighty and always willing to listen to new ideas. I highly recommend working at StringCan Interactive, where your voice and ideas are heard and valued.

Cons

Going to Scottsdale for quarterly planning is always fun … but dang Arizona is hot in June! It’s the only con I can think of. If there’s a con that emerges with this company, I bring it up, and it’s appropriately resolved or addressed.
