- CFO
- VP Product
- Software developer
- Financial Analyst (only one here)
- Head Recruiter
Not to mention the CIO and COO leaving last fall! What start-up do you know with that kind of turnover (out of 40 people in Chicago)? Yeah, me too.
And why are they gone? Maybe because the founder (current "CEO") barks incoherent orders from Reno (yes, Reno Nevada...don't ask), changes long-term strategy on a daily basis, and even if he stuck to a consistent strategy, does not have the skillset or right team to execute it given the recent turnover.
Let's turn this around before it's too late.
