About leadership: - Bias leadership - Unprepared and inexperienced managers - Engaged employees are not valued - The company invests on changes and re-branding but hires or keeps leaders with "old" mindset About the company - High turnover rate (avg a year or less) - Employees are not engage with the company or leaders - Company goes through extreme changes every six months (VPs are laid-off, VPs are fired...) - No room to grow - Environment extremely unstable with no job security
