Question 1
How many calls did you take per hour in your last customer service position?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stork Craft (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2014
Interview
To start it was over the phone with the President of the US Division. This took a few weeks as he was always busy and it was very difficult in reaching him. Once I got through that I did fly out to Vancouver to meet with the CEO for final interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Stork Craft
Interview
I had applied for the position and was called the next day. I should have realized how unorganized the manager would turn out to be when he thought that I had applied for the position at least a week prior. Coming into the office, I was ignored by the Assistant Manager at the time, who I found out only after being hired, was the wife of the Manager. My interview was mainly him talking at me about the position. I wasn't asked any questions about my experience until the supervisor from Corporate conducted a secondary interview with me.

Question 1
I had prior experience in this field so no answer was difficult. The only thing that was unexpected was the manager telling me "I shouldn't be telling you this" and then would continue to tell me things he really probably shouldn't have.
