Pros
Health benefits( I didn’t have only because I was covered by the VA) Pay is only good because of the mandatory 10-20 hours of overtime
Cons
Have to use PTO if you’re getting surgery for a disability(I’m a disabled veteran). I wasn’t entitled to my yearly bonus if I left at the end of the year because my wife received orders to be a Drill Sergeant for the Army(wife is still active duty Army). Uniforms also place the SteelFab logo above the American Flag which is a disgrace. Received points because I had Covid and didn’t have any more UTO left because it was close to the end of the year.
