SteelFab interview questions

Had a great talk with the head of my department and a senior estimator who really outlined the position and the knowledge needed before my first day. We talked about the companies values and the workplace environment. All the things they said were accurate and was a great place to work at for experience in the construction field.

Went through two interviews. Conversational interviews with senior leaders. A good experience to see what the team that I was going to work with would be like. They do want some construction experience for an entry level position
