Glad that you liked something that we offer. If you have experienced giving a couple days of notice for leaving at 5:30, then there must be some reason. As far as we know, team leads allow their mates leaving early on urgent notice as long as it's not is a regular habit or frequent pattern. It's true we are a company that is a bit rigid on policies at the same time we are from few of those companies offering very competitive pay, 20 days AL, working from home (every WED, two special weeks during Songkran and Christmas and additional 3 weeks) which helps people maintaining good balance between the work and their personal life. Thanks for the feedback though - it helps us keep improving.

Pros

Lovely team and colleagues. I have made some good connections during my time there.

Cons

During my time at Statrys, I experienced a highly toxic and unhealthy work environment. Despite the advertised flexible culture and perks like Tuesday free lunches, the reality was far from positive. The leadership style is micromanaging and disrespectful. I witnessed the CEO openly belittle employees during meetings, often raising his voice and adopting an extremely condescending tone. The co-owner frequently used unprofessional language, micromanaged excessively, and created a stressful atmosphere. The workplace culture fosters fear rather than collaboration, and employees are treated more like schoolchildren than trusted professionals. Unfortunately, these issues overshadow any positive aspects the company may offer. I would not recommend working here unless significant cultural improvements are made. Don't be misled by surface-level benefits. The environment is far from supportive or empowering.

Pros

- Competitive salary compared to most Thai companies. - 20 days of annual leave + 3 weeks of WFH per year (though difficult to use freely due to management interference).

Cons

- The CEO has displayed alarming behavior, including yelling, banging on the table, and threatening me “I’d headbutt you if it were up to me”. Attendance is strictly monitored via face recognition, with rigid enforcement of punctuality and breaks. - No job security: Employees are treated as replaceable, regardless of the value they bring. I saw people being fired without notice or warnings, even though the contract stated a two-warning policy. - Many employees, including managers, avoid addressing issues with executives due to fear of retaliation or conflict. - Work-life balance is a façade: Although the leave policy is generous, management imposes new, unwritten rules retroactively. For example, after my leave was approved, I was forced to reschedule due to a sudden policy limiting time out of the office to one month.
