Pros
- Great team with lots of very interesting work and opportunities to learn new skills on the job. - Decent starting salary - Would have been a good place to work if not for Warrington office management and top level corporate decision making.
Cons
- Warrington office is soulless, toxic, and impractical to get to using public transport. - Promotions are decided by number of days in the office rather than actual work and contribution. As a graduate you will be held back in your career if you do not hit the target number of days in the office regardless of how good you are at your job. - Graduate training programme is fitting for 9 year olds. Abysmal and patronising with no focus on developing technical skills - Talk the talk of "putting period first" and caring about staffs mental health and well-being but couldn't care less in reality. - No point raising concerns with senior management or HR as you will just be fed the same blanket corporate jargon - Extremely negative vibes
